Well we have managed to do it again and maintain our Trip Advisor Travellers Choice Award for 2025 ranking us in the Top 10 hotels in the world based on travellers reviews.
Why when we are a Family Run hotel and not a 5 star Luxury Hotel and we dont have a spa/wellness centre or a michellin star restaurant!!
I would like to think it is because we do the basics right, understanding what the word hospitality really means.
Firstly we have a great small team. We take time, welcoming all guests at checkin and we talk to them throughout their stay, showing an interest in their days and providing tips and guidence.
Our rooms are clean, modern and fresh and are serviced every day. We offer locally sourced dining options and we have a wonderful setting on St Agnes Beacon and are ideally located to see all Cornwall has to offer.
But… ultimately i think it is beacuse all the team care about the guest experience, ensuring they are having the best time possible, and if not, finding solutions to issues, we are not scared of problems as they can always be fixed if we know about them. So thank you team.
Finally I would like to thank all our guests (new and returning) for taking the time to write these reviews and provide us with constant feedback during their stays and we look forward to welcoming everyone again in 2025
