Accessibility

We are committed to inclusivity and providing accessibility where at all possible for all our guests and staff.

  • We provide accessible-friendly parking bays in optimal locations within our car parks. 
  • Our hotel receptions, bars, lounges, restaurants are situated on the ground floor and are fully accessible, and wheelchair friendly via the rear enterance of the hotel if required. 
  • We have 2 Ground Floor Bedrooms. Due to the old nature and layout of the building we do not have access to a lift. Our accessible rooms are all ground floor at the front of the building. Our accessible rooms are fitted with walk in showers and rails, although please note these are not suitable for wheelchair users.

Additional accessibility features; 

  • Ground-floor accessible toilets near hotel reception, equipped with rails.
  • Request/check at checkin to highlight any assistance required in case of emergency/fire drill/alarms 
  • Assistance dogs are welcome in all our hotels. 
  • Restaurant menus include standard dietary accommodations such as gluten-free, dairy-free, lactose-free, nut-free, vegetarian, and vegan options. Additional dietary needs can be arranged in advance.

  • We are dedicated to meeting the needs of all guests and visitors. Upon booking and arrival, we establish specific requirements to ensure a comfortable stay. Our team offers assistance with luggage and personally escorts guests to their rooms. 
  • We provide quieter dining areas upon request for guests who prefer less noisy environments. 
  • Our staff undergo regular training to enhance service for all guests and visitors.

About this Policy

Our aim is to encourage and support diversity, equity and inclusion and actively promote a culture that values difference and eliminates discrimination in our hotels. It applies to all aspects of employment with us, including recruitment, pay, benefits and conditions, flexible working and leave, training, appraisals, promotion, conduct at work, disciplinary and grievance procedures, and termination of employment  

We will take all reasonable steps to:  

  • promote awareness to all staff and all managers on all aspects of equality and diversity in the workplace.  
  • apply the principles of equity to all staff and all job applicants so that there is equality of opportunity. Our aim is that no individual is denied employment opportunities for reasons unrelated to ability.
